tapi bukan untuk mintak keje

tapi untuk evaluate kamu...

3 orang lecturer dan akan hentam kamu sorang...sembang la kot haha

jadi doa-doa la..

ok saya nak mandi.sekarang dah orang ke-2

petang ni saya nak balik umah....yeeeehaaa~!!!

heran kan...ade jugak manusia macam ni

selalu je kite jumpe orang yang tak peduli hal orang lain kan. tapi nye most of the time org yang kite jumpe tu samada tak berapa rapat dengan kita atau tak da kene ngena dengan kita atau tak hidup dengan kita kan.so tak dala memberi kesan pe sangat pon kat diri kita. tapi ada je kes kawan-kawan atau lagi dahsyat sedara sendiri samada adek beradek atau sedara terdekat yang memang tak amek keysah hal orang yang rapat dengan dia.

straight to the point la.tak larat nak kias-kias...aku kenal satu member aku ni.rumate die cosmate sendiri..al-keysah...heran la jugak aku...cosmate sindiri salunye boleh la rapat jugakkan..yela cosmate..nak di tambah citer...derang ni org lain memang ingat derang sgt la rapat.tpi ghopenye idok ler rapat mne pon...meh nak citer ape yg pelik nye...

1. rumet die sgt rajen masak dan pandai la masak, walaupun hanya berbekalkan periuk nasi, tapi boleh la die masak complete meal - nasi, lauk, sayur..kekadang buah sekali. Yang heran nye, die masak tu berbau satu bilik, yela bilik idok ler besar mcam bunglow pon, kecik je pun.sekangkang kera....bila dah berbau tu, takda pun die nak bagi rumet die makan jugak.makan sensorang je.takpun die tapaw, makan dengan boipren die.alahai...pelik benaw la. ajak pun tak penah, apetah lagi ajak-ajak ayam....bukan la nak sangat pun, tapi manners tu cam tak de.tang tu memang aku heran.first time aku jumpak manusia cenggini... ade ler sekali, dua..tu pun die cakap, RASE....aduyai...heran tak heran...
2. dalam bilik, tak gheti nak sembang. kalau tanye pon, tanya sepatah, jawab dua patah. tanya dua patah jawab dua patah..memang sesuai la kalau org ckp, "ucapan sepatah dua kata"..hah cam tu la gamaknya..smpai kekadang aku maleh nk ckp pape...baik la senyap daripada cakap.penah la jugak sehari tak cakap langsung sebab rase cam baik senyap, wat hal sendiri, daripada cakap, wat sakit hati je kan...
3. selalunye la kan..kalau nampak rumet tak sehat, kita akan concern la die ni ok ke tak, dah mkan ke belum, ubat makan ke tak.at least tanye la die sehat ke tak kan...ni, aku tak tau la manusia planet mane, rumet sendiri sakit pun, buat bodo je weh. rumet tu makan ke tak, ok ke tak, tak da pun tanye...yang ni memang aku sangat heran jugak..die tak da hati dan perasaan kot?

tu je lakot...malas nk komen bebyk.tapi memang aku agak heran la...salu bende-bende ni, common sense kan.tapi die tak dak perasaan kot...atau aku je yang over perasan???oopss kantoi sudah...ekceli, tu rumate aku.aku dah lame heran.sekarang malas nk heran.lagi 3minggu je aku nak belah.lantak kawla...ok madhu.ko sgt jahat..ah pedul hape aku...ade aku keysah???!!!

breathing therapy

Have u ever felt bad headache before???

Currently, I feel this... n google to find the way 'remove' it...

Our noses have left and right nostrils. Are these nostrils having the same function for inhaling/"breathe- in" and exhaling/"breathe- out"? Actually it's not the same and we can feel the difference. Accordingly, the right side represents the sun/"heat" and the left side represents the moon/"cold".

When having headache, try to close your right nostril and use your left nostril to do breathing for about 5 min. The headache will be gone. 

If you feel too tired, do it the opposite way. Close your left nostril and breathe through your right nostril. After a while, you will feel refresh again. Because the right side belongs to heat, so it gets hot easily. The left side gets cold easily.

Women breathe mainly with their left nostril, so they get calm down easily. Men breathe mostly with their right nostril, so they get angry easily.

When we wake up, do we notice which nostril breathes faster? Is it the left side or the right side ? If the left nostril breathes faster, you will feel very tired. Close your left nostril and use your right nostril for breathing and you will get refresh quickly.

Cara tersebut boleh diajarkan kepada anak-anak, tetapi efeknya akan lebih manjur jika diterapkan kepada orang dewasa.
(You can teach your kids about it. The effect of breathing therapy is much better for adults). 

I used to have painful headache. When consulted a doctor, he told me jokingly," You will be all right if you get married!" The doctor did not bullshit me as he had his theory and supported with testimony. During that time, I used to have headache every night and I was not able to study. I took medicine but I was not cured.

One night as I sat down to medidate, I closed my right nostril and breathed with my left nostril. In less than a week, it seemed that my headache problem had left me! I continued doing it for about a month and since then there was no recurrence of headache in me.

This is my own experience. I used to tell others who also suffer headache to try this method as it was effective for me. It also works for those who have tried as well. This is a natural therapy, unlike taking medicines for a long time may have side effect. So, why don't you try it out?.

Practice the correct ways of breathing/ "breathe in and breathe out" and your body will be in a very relaxing condition

When you are having suicide, please try to closed both of your nostril { right and left side } for about 2 hours, then you feel nothing 'aka' gone.

tapi ni badan ni cam tak larat sangat.rase nak muntah pun ada

telan panadol boleh?tapi try to avoid it cz I noe its not for my health

Tapi jujur ler aku kabaw kat kome ni, hak kat tempat baru ni, makanan die tak bape nk syok..aku tak taw la awat nya kan.tapi rase die kureng walaupun deco sangat la retro n chantek sesgt! I'm fall in love with the red vesper….

Saya dengan sangat eksaited membeli bunga carnation yang org salu dok hangkot pi kuil tu kan…tapi I really like those flower sebab murah dan sangat chantek…I like the yellow one and white color…

Nor yang sangat ler eksited nk buat surprise, playing burfday song with her guitar, so aku pon nak join jugok ler buat surprise…beli a bouquet of flowers…yellow carnation..ngehe..al-keysah..pegi cari tepi kuil…hakhak…moge takdeler die ter'doa' sekali oleh sami-sami tu…ingat nak beli kalung yang orang india duk guna tu, tapi maleh ler.mesti mahai bebeno idok nye…heh

Ater, bile sampai restoran tu, masuk restoran, aku ler yang nyanyi lagu beday, sambil kuar kan bunga dari belakang…dah tak rase malu dah walaupun ramai bebno org dalam restoran tu..buat tak taw je, janji plan jalan cam beser..heheh

By the way, tenkiu cik huda blanje kami chicken chop…dan I like their soursop juice..pekat and fresh..love very much…not cordial but pure one ok…sodap menjilat bulu hidung sungguh
