working is soooo fun!!!

a week ive started my evening shift

n it was sooooo fun without feeling stress

and i owso learn a lotz~~suda tere wooo..

the most part yg paling heaven ialah jumpe bos sikijap sje

the rest of time leyh lepak-lepak, makan-makan aish tp still bwat kje okey

banyak jugakla bende yang budak-budak praktikal ni buat

tp the seniors xpenah buat... notti-notti things hehehe =D

on monday azmil and abg hidthir xmasuk..they'll MC

so abg madi masuk awal and john extend till nite

we (aku and ati) learned how to prepare the chemicals such as HCl, NaOH, EDTA etc..

not so difficult but still have to follow some technique esp when prepare EDTA

if the proportion and the molarity is a bit differ, it will affected the reading of Ca2+ test

later it will cause error to products

then learn the rite method to measure fat content in milk *yogurt

use high molarity H2SO4+alcohol

when all the ingredient have mixed together macam masak plak

it will turn hot..siyesly..very hot n u hv to use rubber glove to shake it and replace into the special oven

the test takes about half hour to complete

and we can get the reading of oil=fat content in milk

learn about yogurt test sgt besh dan mencabar cz we have to dilute it with distilled water in certain proportion

then only we can doing test on it...

~titratable acidity, pH, Total solid content

hehe the best part u can suck the yogurt using pipet...

and tadi aku bancuh bacteria culture lactobacillus sp.

with JJ direction aku pon buat la

huwa tapi kalau contaminate and any problem arise

aku la yg kne!!!

tapi xleyh slahkan aku je..azmil mengacau dgn sgt ganas without clean his hand...siap tumpah meleleh-leleh

this is one of the critical part in doing dis product

kalau anda bersin, memang contaminate habes la....

so we must sanitize the area, the scissor, the packet of bacteria culture, the container for mixture etc with alcohol...

consist ur hand also..very important...
